I cannot share my picture as I am a little personal about a few things ☺
I am a writer by passion, content writer by profession, and an engineer by education. I thought I would introduce myself to all of you as I gained many news followers lately. I was not at all the idea of doing what I am doing currently when I completed my engineering.
My story of becoming a Writer —
I was passionate about doing an MBA but somehow it didn’t happen. Till 2020, I had no clue what to do with my career because everyone I meet says a thing and nothing seemed satisfying and interesting to me.
I am a woman who cannot accept failure without trying. I was and am passionate about trying things that excite me though I don’t know the result. During the pandemic, I expressed my views on my favourite film by writing an article on Medium. That was my first article. Then, only my friends were my readers. After writing many articles, I realised that I’m enjoying it. I applied for content writer jobs on every platform thinking why not?
I didn’t know writers mostly come from literature and journalism backgrounds and many companies see that to hire one then. I was applying casually to see whether I could pull it off or not.
I got my first job in 2021 and I didn’t look back till last July. I worked for three different firms and created content for three different services. From technical writer to content editor and strategist, I love my journey and learnings.
Now, I want to become something that inspires others. I became a full-time writer on Medium, dedicating most of my time to writing on Medium, understanding the platform better and equally learning many things from X and LinkedIn. I run weekly newsletter as well, subscribe to read it every Friday ☺
I write articles on Lifestyle | Self-Improvement | Writing Online Tips from my Experience | Mental Health | Internet and Gen-Z | Food and Fitness. These topics excite me like none.
In a general context, I write honest opinions on social media, movies, millennials and everything in between as Tweets, I mean short ones.
